They've also been on a whirlwind tour of cons, celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the X-Men: Animated Series - so they may not yet have time to review or even contact people yet.

The one 90's series I really want to purchase in its entirety, and have never gotten around to it. I even still have the dual-VHS Pizza Hut videos that came with the mini comics. Can't play them anymore. But at least they bring back great memories.

Need to check out the interview. Anything with this series is worth a listen.

But interesting stuff! It was cool hearing about the development process for the animated series. I like that Julia & Eric listened to the animators, the x-fans, but kept in mind what the medium needed to attract a new audience. Not too sure about the cast for season 6 though lol. Bishop and Archangel sounded fine, but Shard? Interesting nonetheless.

I agree, I think 99.99% of the voices were spot on - and actually how I _now_ hear these characters.

My only real qualm was Puck, from Alpha Flight. His voice was way too high pitched. I always thought, because he was so compact, he'd have a DEEP voice.

I'd recommend it. I bought them all on DVD, the official release. Well worth it. Ripped them all to MKV files that I take with me on my external drive when I go on trips. Just to throw on in the background sometimes.

The change at the end of the series they had planned?

They were going to "remove" Jean, Scott, Professor Xavier, and Beast.

And replace them with Bishop, Shard, Archangel, and a fourth that they could not remember at the time of the interview.

In the interview, we asked why they didn't have some X-Men stick around (Colossus, Nightcrawler, Iceman), especially since some X-Men were off doing something (like when Beast was in prison).

I forgot about Morph. It has been too long!

I just checked Ebay, and I see there are a few sellers offering copied versions 'in the original wrapping' as if these are from the manufacturer. I have to track down this series, though. It's been too long.

I thought it was so cool that they answered something that's ALWAYS bugged me - that they made Morph, rather than use Changling...
