Well, we're already getting that in live-action, but I have more confidence in the animated stuff then I do that movie (or the Aunt May one, god forbid they actually do that) .

The spy Aunt May movie will just be an Ocean's 11 type heist movie where Aunt May and a team of Golden Age super heroes (like Claire Voyant, Golden Girl, Silver Scorpion, and Blonde Phantom) gather together to steal the Cosmic Cube from MODOK.

This makes me wonder if they're planning more animated movies based around the other Spiders, like Gwen or Noir, or even 2099, since Peter's already set in the MCU?

When Miles was introduced in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon, I don't think they showed his origin, but they did reference Peter's death.

Peter's death may be either seen in flashbacks or referenced in this movie, but they could skip over the origin for Miles like they did for Peter in Homecoming.

I don't recall him sitting out four straight episodes for no reason once he joined the Web Warriors .
