February. Wouldn't be surprised if issues 240 and 241 are both scheduled for May, and February is when that month's solicits are due. Indeed, 241 may appear before 240, if Bendis's illness results in delays.

That's how the original Sinister Six fight went, although he's taking on Lana's mom and Electro at the same time.

I think it'll be a sting... and turn out to be Cable! There has to be a reason he showed up before and Bendis now won't have time to use him in a future storyline, so if it's not related to the events of #240, it's an aborted arc.
