Daredevil and Toph still can't see colors, and specific other details that people who aren't blind can see.

You didn't answer the second part of my question: how is Julian effectively disabled?

Tactile feedback is so much more than pleasure. There's pain, heat, cold, general numbness.

I'd argue that there has to be less tactile feedback with his telekinesis. It's the same power he uses to create forcefields, the same "material", if he felt every single thing that hit his TK field he'd get knocked out of battle even more often than he does. If he felt anything at all it would have to be at a lesser degree, otherwise he would have total sensory overload.

The same way an amputee with a prosthetic is effectively disabled.

Aside from the loss of sensation in his robotic hands that his telekinesis just couldn't mimic (not to the same degree at least). His robotic hands are a constant and ugly reminder, to himself and to others, of what he's lost. He's hidden them with gloves. They've been damaged and he's had to replace them with makeshift and cruder versions.
There's also phantom limb pain, and PTSD from the battle that burned his hands off has caused him to lose control and go overboard when attacking Omega Sentinel.

That doesn't mean you just throw away the entire story potential. Besides, there aren't too many physically disabled heroes, so what good would removing one do?

Don't see how that doesn't make him disabled. Misty Knight has an arm that essentially functions as a regular arm, Daredevil has something that functions as his sight, Wiz Kid has a mutation that functions as his mobility etc.

Yes. Prosthetics do the same practical stuff as the real deal, bur that doesnt invalidate his disability.

There's a lot of things prosthetics can't do currently, because we don't have the technology for it yet. It's very different from Julian, and not a very fair comparison.

Can't really argue with the loss of sensation bits, though.

    Bingo.

There is no way TK could be a full on replacement for the actual touch. If anything what he actually "feels" would mostly be psychological in nature. Such as if he is lifting a pan full of boiling water with his TK his brain acknowledges that the pan should be hot so it mimic or gives a semblance of it to the user. But even that can only go so far since it's literally just in that persons head.

Laura's never actually hit Julian has she?

He's been stabbed by Hellverine and Deathstrike, bitten by a Predator X. His most recent love intrests mutant powers involve admantium claws and razor sharp teeth. Not to mention Emma's was his mentor/mom/adult role model so that's gotta lead to something.

Julian is dare i say a power bottom?

To farther this point, Armor is probably the one with the LEAST amount of interactions with him, and he asked her out witnin around 2 minutes of her breaking his nose.
So he's probably got a thing for that.
