So, about those rules:

Does the second part of Rule 7 mean that everybody can buy one copy of an item?

Does Rule 3 of the powers section mean Time Travel is just straight up banned, rather than being an alternate universe thing?

3. No Time Travel into the past or the future. Slowing, Stopping, speeding up, or using Time Control in similar ways is allowed.

I don't remember ever having to deal with an Alternate Universe situation. Time Travel, in the classic sense, is banned. Controlling Time by slowing it down or speeding it up or stopping it is okay.

Alternate Universes? Do we even have anything or anyone that can access an Alternate Universe? You can't leave the Arena, this includes dimension hopping, unless it is to retrieve a Team Member.

7. All Real World, 1 Point Items can be Multi-Picked - Same Item can be chosen by Multiple Teams/1 per Team - Unless Otherwise Noted.

Example: Your Team can buy a 1 Point (Real World) Bowie Knife; Darth's Team can buy a 1 Point (Real World) Bowie Knife; Cleric's Team can Buy a 1 Point (Real World) Bowie Knife.

If the item is listed as only costing 1 point and it comes from the (Real World), then each Team Can, if they wish to, have 1 of them.

This only applies to 1 Point, Real World Items.
