Not that I think I'll add him, but what would you price a kid who's power is to make sonic booms capable of leveling Mt. Rushmore or the ancient Coliseums?

Durability, IIRC he took a Civil-War era cannon shot with only cartoon injuries.

Speed, normal kid, IIRC.

Looks like he Time Travels...I don't remember him, but I'd only put him at a 5 or 6 max.

Just cruising the Draft and was surprised. Why is Naruto a 10? I know he's massively handy to have, but putting him in the same league category as Goku, Superman, and their ilk seems a bit too much. Especially when he'd lose to many, many, many 9's and 8's on the list.

Not knowing the character but remembering part of how he's used in-league (Cloning, etc), might that be part of it? Paragon was upped from 9 to 10 despite losing to every 8, 9, and 10 out there and more in a straight up fight if they don't get stupid and enter his range.

He also got 2 pretty big power boosts at the end of the series.

I was also re-reading some Hulk stuff and am thinking about adding Banner-Tec items to list as combo or single items. Like his auto-sheild generator/teleportation device combo for like 8 or seperate for 4-5 each.

Anyway, would like to suggest the Eye of Thundera as perhaps an 8 point item? Stipulation is it has to be placed in a sword.

Flonne had to be nerfed a bit. Originally I wanted her to counter spells too, but when I tried, something borked up the formatting on the card. It messed up the spacing on her Ultimate.
