The All-New Marvel U: I'm Totally Digging This!

So, for the Marvel reader who is coming into the new Marvel Universe once it kicks off later this year they're going to be introduced to classic characters portrayed by different and/or new people and as a reader who hasn't touched Marvel since around 2003 or so I'm ridiculously pumped up for this.

A new Spider-Man, a new Wolverine, a new Cap, a new Hulk, a new Thor, and who knows what else they're going to change about the MU and it's characters....could be more announcements coming. It's all so fresh, much like walking into a brand new office with your name on the door with that smell of leather and wood from the furniture filling your nostrils. It's hard to explain but I'm really excited and interested in Marvel for the first time in 12 years.

Looks like the indie books I read along with the DC stuff is going to get some much welcomed competition in 2016!

Yeah, I think I'll be paying close attention to ANAD Marvel as well. I feel like I got into Marvel NOW too late to fully appreciate it, so it's ANAD Marvel for me.

I love the fact that there will be survivors from different domains of Battleworld, living on on the new mainstream marvel earth.

They have the current costumes on the preview cover.

So far I am going to try Captain Marvel, Squadron Supreme and ANADA. And only Squadron Supreme is really appealing to me.

A-Force is a team from the domain Arcadia. There is no counterpart of A-Force living on the other 39 domains of battleworld. Also confirmed living on on the new mainstream marvel earth ;

It's the new earth Aforce which happens to look like 616 people but isn't. Brevoort keeps saying 616 is dead and dusted.

They could however use the gems to take those characters and make them live the same lives as 616 versions though.

I would say so far, so good on the ANAD titles that have been announced. I'm not jazzed for every single one but that's good because I can't afford every single one! But I'm super pumped for Bendis' Iron Man and Spidey books as well as for Waid's ANAD Avengers, Aaron and Bachelo on Doctor Strange and the Pak/Cho Hulk book. And as these books just represent the tip of the iceberg, I can't wait to see what else is on the way.

this assumption works if only the post secret wars world is solely composed of pieces of Battleworld.
But we do not know that yet.

The depiction of the characters on the preview was a punk dazzler and kris anka Captain Marvel which is not the same that what we have on the Secret Wars tie in.

It does make sense. Axel keeps saying this is a NEW UNIVERSE but they're not throwing the back story out or changing peoples past as

Uh, no. I know from the 90's that Nate Grey, Holocaust, Sugar Man and Dark Beast were transported to Earth 616 but the domains that they were living in did not go with them to Earth 616.

Expect a lot of secret wars characters to die. This is the last hurrah of Old marvel and it's Marvel universe.

Arcadia is dropped.

Now do we have books in Battleworld too? That would fit the cowboy and maestro stuff and Axels hints of New world for Xmen.
