Less baggage for him to deal with; what you see is what you get on screen---and that's entirely under his control.

I think it might be a good thing for a lesser known actor which would mean less focus on the actor and more on the actual content of the series.

So strange to read this as I've just been watching Stardust tonight as its been on telly (despite having the book, blu-ray, slipcase, etc etc loved the story for eons). I think he does a great job in Stardust and I can really visualise him as Matt.

Others should know him as the romantic lead in Stardust.

That is what stuntmen are for, and with a character like Daredevil you can use stuntmen freely, since most of his face is covered.

I could see him playing Murdock, although I'm not sure if he can pull off the tortured soul part of the character (yes, Daredevil has a tortured soul people, at least Miller's version did).

He certainly has the chin.
