Apparently Percy Hynes-White (the actor who plays Andy Strucker) was like.. late to the event or something? Idk the photo I saw of him he was all scruffy and stuff it was strange

He definitely has more "meat on the bones" now and is a bit bigger/taller that should help with his portrayal I think
