    Default Favorite Batman theatrical film?

You've got Burton's two movies, Schumacher's two movies (lol), Phantasm, and Nolan's trilogy. Which movie do you love the most?

You need to add the Batman 66 film in there too.

Dark Knight Rises is the best. If you disagree then you must have voted for Obama!

    In Ranking it goes:

    1. Dark Knight Rises
    2. Batman '66
    3. The Dark Knight
    4. Batman Begins
    5. Mask of the Phantasm

The Dark Knight is my favourite movie of all time, so this is an easy poll to answer

Dark Knight Rises was the worst of Nolan's trilogy. It's full of great moments, don't get me wrong, but the climax is so full of problems that it doesn't even compare to Begins and TDK.

I agree - but if I was American I'd have voted for Obama (in lieu of someone left wing).

    Why aren't the 1940s serials included? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman_...1943_serial.29)

They were originally released in theaters.

    My sober ranking:

    1. Batman Begins
    2. The Dark Knight
    3. Mask of the Phantasm = Rises
    4. '89
    5. '66
    6. Batman Returns, making it into the list just barely

They were basically just short films in front of feature films, they weren't very good so I doubt people would vote for them anyway.

Putting them in order from best to "I completely hated this movie", I'd go ...

    Batman '89
    Batman '66
    Mask of the Phantasm
    Batman Forever
    Batman and Robin
those old black and white serials that I've never actually watched
    The Dark Knight
    Batman Begins
    Batman The Dark Knight Rises

Under The Red Hood was straight to DVD and I completely disagree about Mask of Phantasm.

The Dark Knight > Batman: Mask of the Phantasm > Batman Begins > Batman '89 > Batman Returns = Batman '66.

I don't really know where to put in The Dark Knight Rises, since there are only parts of that movie that I like, while I hate whole other sections...

    I don't really like the Schumacher Bat-movies.
