    Some fun and parody favorites:

    Courageous Cat & Minute Mouse!
What if Batman & Robin were a Cat & Mouse (actually created by Bob Kane)

    Blue Falcon & Dynomut
What if a carton Adam West Batman type, teamed up with a cartoon Scooby type robot dog.

    Batmanuel!
What if Batman was an over-the-top Latino caricature...

John Reese from person of interest season 1 is one of the best not batman batmen ever. Had the show taken a different tact and had more reoccuring characters like the doctor who was seeking revenge for her friends suicide and the soldier who was helping take csre of his dead fellow soldier's kid both from season one the show would have been even more like batman.

Daredevil, who also happens to be one of my favorites
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13

    “You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops

    1) Daredevil

    2) Blue Falcon

    3) From manga there is Tate Karito a.k.a The Shield of Aegis. Appeared in 'Yami No Aegis' and guest starred in 'Until Death Do Us Part'.

I've argued with a friend who claimed that the protagonist of Until Death Do Us Part , Hijikata Mamoru, is closer to Batman. True, he is like a combination of Batman and Daredevil in terms of bad assery and skill but Mamoru's primary goal is to improve his skills as a swordsman. Mamoru may show empathy for Haruka and have his heroic moments but it's been pointed out that part of the reason he even protects her is so he can fight stronger and stronger opponents. Meanwhile, Tate is driven by the death of his wife and son to avenge them and to prevent others from suffering similarly, he protects criminals from being executed Punisher style which puts him closer to Batman/DD territory and has a hate/rivalry thing going on with a renown killer, all of which puts him closer to Batman. Plus, Anna is basically Tate's Robin. She helps him on his cases and is an equal partner to him.

.................And here I just rambled about a manga that barely anybody has read.

Nah, he's more of a not-Blue Beetle (Ted Kord).

Still, his complete outfit and gadget use is based upon Bats, i'd count him before many other listings here.

If we're taking serious, I'd say either Nighthawk or The Confessor.

Parodies...I like Blue Falcon, Die Fledermaus, and Captain Sunshine (helps that he's voiced by Kevin Conroy). Freakazoid, to an extent.

Midnighter. He's a meta, he has super strength and endurance but nevertheless he was The Batman of The Authority.
