    I had that book as a kid. Doom's time platform plays a big part of it, and if I remember right the villain of the piece was none other than Cotton Mather who wanted to burn Wanda at the stake as a witch. A couple issues later Killlraven showed up too, but I never read the issue in between as I never had it as a kid...oh the joys of newsstands in the 70s.

    But yeah, its real.
