    Title says it all. How do you think Kelly Sue DeConnick would fair as a writer on Wonder Woman?

    Nope not at all. I can't really stand her Captain Marvel book and if she Writes Diana anything close to carol I will rage. Her Captain marvel is slow and Meandering and barely anything of consequence happens. Also she hasn't Managed to do anything other than give carol a cool new costume, other than that she is still most bland female hero in Marvels Roster. I really wish they Would put her back in her Coma and give powers to Rogue like they used to be so an Actually interesting character could have those powers.

    Nay, I would drop the book full time for sure.

    Her CM run was too full of gimmicks masquerading as witty writing for me to bother. I'd be in fear of getting a sloppily done time traveling arc to boot.

    If she has a stron pitch, why not? she is more than capable of good writing and it would be an upgrade from now.

    Like any other writer, I guess it would depend. Less likely writers have worked on more odd creator/title pairings.

    Exactly...she's one of the most overrated writers out there.

    Storylines are silly, stupid one-liners everywhere, trying to be "hip"....one of those writers.

    Her books seemed geared towards the "movie" crowd.

    That's a big "nay" from me. Her CM was a snoozefest and pretty bland.
    Supporting LION FORGE COMICS and other independent publishers.

    Check out Lion Forge's Catalyst Prime Universe. Its the best damned superhero verse in comics. Diverse characters and interesting stories set in a universe where anyone can be a hero. And company that prides itself on representation both in the comics themselves and in the people behind them.

    Sure. Pretty Deadly is pretty awesome, and what I read of Captain Marvel was pretty good. If she's got some ideas, I'd give it a try.

    Hmm...that's a tough one for me cuz while I don't think her CM is brilliant, I do enjoy it. However, I wonder if she isn't putting more of her creative energies into her indie work.

    i just couldn't get into her Captain Marvel. i tried several times. i wouldn't want her on WW unless she had a really intriguing pitch.

    Sure, that sounds alright. Her take would probably be more character-oriented than action-oriented but I thought the character moments she put in Captain Marvel were pretty sweet so that's fine by me.

    I think she would do a fine job, and it certainly be better than the current run by the Finch's ..I am sad to say it being a grand disappointment is a understatement...at least the art looks good though. Personally I was looking to see Kelly write the Scarlet witch book they announced...and not James Robinson....
