Create Your Own X-Men Orginal Character

Hi I wanted to start a thread where people could post their descriptions and even fanart and biographies of their original characters who are linked to the X-Men. These can include OCs that are part of the X-Men team, spin-off teams (such as New Mutants, X-Factor, X-Force, Excalibur etc), villains, supporting characters and even background characters. To make things interesting you could even use the Official Marvel Power Grid (which measures Intelligence, Strength, Durability, Energy Projection, Speed and Fighting Skills). I'm sure that plenty of people have their own OCs and soon I'll even post one of my own that I have in mind.

History
Amelia ‘Abi’ Marsh led a fairly normal life until she noticed that her legs the majority of height. The usually quite petit girl took it in her stride but over time she noticed that her legs were getting longer and longer until she became excessively tall with the vast majority of her height being contributed to her legs. Later on her parents discovered that she was a mutant and they were approached by staff of the Jean Grey School For Higher Learning. Her parents decided that the school was the best place for her and emotionally sent her off.

Upon arriving at the school Abi no longer felt like an outcast as she saw many students around her that also had appearances which would stand them out from the rest of humanity. She adjusted well to the school and has even been able to excel in certain classes although she is still frightened of Danger Room sessions as she feels that her mutant abilities are not suitable for combat situations.

Despite this Abi has still taken the codename Stilts which was chosen to her by Headmaster Wolverine. Unlike other students at the school Abi does not aspire to be a part of the X-Men team but rather have a normal life and a well-paid career. This does not mean that she’s a push over as she has demonstrated bravery in times of distress and has even used her powers to help her fellow students when they need her the most. Although she thinks that her time at the school and with the X-Men is limited she doesn’t know that it is just beginning.

Abi possesses the normal strength of a 5’6 woman of her age who regularly engages in exercise.

Superhuman powers
Abi’s mutant ability means that her legs are much longer than that of her body. She current stands at seven and a half feet tall and her legs make just over five feet of her overall height. Her height gives her some advantages but it also gives her certain disadvantages such as clothing which is something that many tall people face in their lives. Her body has adapted for her frame and she feels no medical complications due to her leg length. Her legs are also still growing meaning that Abi’s height will increase over time and as far as medical studies have determined it is impossible to determine whether her legs will stop lengthening.

Special Skills
Abi possesses above average intelligence and has shown great skill in the field of Mathematics. She is also a talented flute player.

History
Libby had a hard time growing up, her father left her mom when he found out she was pregnant, he was later found shot. No evidence could be found on who did it. Her mother overdose on drugs and she was forced to live with her abusive uncle.
One night as her uncle came home from the bar, dreading what was going to come next. She got her baseball bat ready, not knowing her mutant had manifest itself. When he came after she hit his head off with one swing.

History:
Her parents migrated from the Philippines to New Jersey, United States in search of a better life when she was younger so, she enjoys a mix of both Filipino and American culture. She lived a very content life in a small Jersey town, enjoying the lack of action happening in the state despite the close proximity to New York, with the exception of Jersey City. For the majority of her life in New Jersey she remained an enigma among her peers, preferring to be alone at home doing homework, chores, various hobbies or just spending time with her younger siblings and cousins who all reside in the same house.

Her powers manifested during a family camping trip in Pennsylvania when she went to save a younger sibling from a provoked bear. White energy surrounded her entire body protecting her from the bear's claws and then a white ball of energy shot out from her palms pushing the bear away, scaring it in the process. Since her mutation did not have any noticeable physical changes, Pree's family suggested that she simply hide the fact that she is now a mutant and continue on with their lives as usual. Pree hid her mutation as best she could until a car's tire blew up due to the frozen road by her school and is about to crash into a boy near her. White energy surrounded her body once again as she leaped towards the boy in an attempt to save him. This time the white energy lifted Pree off the ground and flew with the boy to safety. The boy thanked her a lot until he found out that she was a mutant. Then, the boy simply stayed away from her in disgust.

A few days later, the boy would meet Pree in the school's hallway and, as she was awkwardly greeting him, he pulled out a gun and opened fire at her. The white energy surrounded her again and deflected the bullets aimed at her, keeping her safe. However, blood spilled all over the floor of the hallway as other students got injured by the deflected bullets and the boy who attacked lay dead with a bullet on his forehead. The faculty called 911 and, once the response team arrived, the injured students was taken into ambulances while Pree gets escorted to the police station.

She stayed there for a few days, her mother visits her regularly, until the sheriff released her at the request of Firestar of the X-Men and she offered her a ride home, which she accepts. On the way home, Firestar reassures Pree that the injured students did not sustain serious injuries and they will be fine after a few stitches. She also tells her that the boy who shot her was a son of a Purifier who was killed by a mutant in self-defense. The boy only knew that his father was killed by a mutant but not the Purifier part and grew to resent all mutants. Once at home, Pree's family happily received her but she can see the sadness in their eyes. She turned to Firestar then turned to her mother who explained what was going on. Apparently, after the incident, her family has been receiving hateful phone calls, death threats and insults. It turns out that Pree was blamed for the whole incident and the death of a boy. She was now considered a danger to the town and hates her family for harboring her. At this point, one of her uncles interjected and revealed to her that he has contacted the Jean Grey School for help and that's why Firestar arrived. Pree then realized that Firestar is not only there to get her out of jail but to also take her away. Tears flowed downed her and her family's eyes as they say their farewells. Her younger siblings and cousins begged her not to go or at least take them with her. But, she told them she has to go to keep them safe and made them promise to brush their teeth every night. She then packed her things, said her final farewells, walked outside her home and went to the Jean Grey School For Higher Learning with Firestar.

Powers & Abilities:
Pree's powers comes from the white energy that cloaks her entire body. This energy can block physical attacks and deflects physical projectiles. It also allows her to have super-strength and flight. She can also shoot this energy out of her palms as a concussive blast or wave. Without the white energy, Pree is just as strong and agile as a girl with her physique and goes through regular exorcise with basic combat training.

History
Timmy knew he was different, you could tell he was a mutant. His body has always been big not fat or muscular. Just in-between the two, he enjoyed it even if people looked down at him for being a mutant. But things changed his skin started to turn hard. A bump start to grow on his head. People started to treat him more like an outcast, his parents tried to help but they didn’t know who to turn to. Then in a course of a week a big horn grew from his forehead, his skin changed colors to a light grey. His strength and endurance were now superhuman. One night Purifiers came to his home looking for him, they killed his parents in front of him. He lost control in anger and killed the purifiers. The policed arrested him for all the murders. Then the Hellfire academy came and freed him.
