Wow there's a lot of great options here! Morlun and Shathra stand out to me, the expanded Spider-Mythos really allowed for some interesting directions for foes. For people not on this list I'd say Clash.

Only Mister Negative and Morlun have shown any staying power. And the female Beetle I guess. But all the others were mostly forgotten after a couple years (some after a single arc).
