Ok so Julie Newmar for live action.

But in the game world, its Pfieffer! She was so fun and kicked so much ass in the Injustice game.

I'm going to be honest...I don't care that it isn't comic-accurate, Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman is the only time I've ever found character interesting or compelling.

    Self-destructive meltdown > sassy thief

Self-destructive meltdown isn't too far off from comics accurate though

I recently rewatched dark knight rises and honestly I just don't buy anne hathaway as Catwoman...she was ok but it came across to me like someone trying to be instead of being add to that the fact nolan honestly seems to reject most of the more comic booky type of stuff I don't even think she was called catwoman even once in the film...zoey kravitz was ok but I need to see more

Will we see more of her? I'm fine with them moving on rather than invent some contrived reason for her to come back to Gotham. (aside from the tv ones, it's not like any of the other Catwomen got more than one appearance) There's almost never any real room for Batman to have a love interest in these movies. As great as the movie was, Riddler literally disappears for the middle part of the movie because we're dealing with Catwoman. As with anything, it's all in the execution - I just hope her inclusion doesn't end up feeling disjointed.

I wonder if we will ever see a real Catwoman again, or just these hyper-realistic versions. If Batman can own dressing like a bat, I think Catwoman can own dressing like a cat.

A lot of what we identify with Catwoman came from the Julie Newmar version, the iconic black bodysuit for example came from the TV series, as the comic version was always wearing green and/or purple dresses. Michelle Pfeiffer would probably be the second most influential version on the list.

Julie Newmar, followed by Michelle Pfeiffer and then Adrienne Barbeau.
