Well if you look at the sign that was on the destroyed tower it said Wayne Financial. So maybe in Metropolis it was a subsidiary of Wayne Enterprises that was destroyed while in Gotham there's the main HQ Wayne tower.

Exactly, as I said large companies with diverse holding often have several offices for their branches so it's not unusual at all to see one in Metropolis.

IF Jim is dead in the movies, could this be an good opportunity to debut a fairly young (mid 20s to early 30s) Barbara as a detective? It would be a nice nod to Batman Beyond.

She doesn't need to be Batgirl/Batwoman, if rumors are true and we're getting Carrie Kelly as Robin.

If both the Gordon and Dick being dead rumors are true, I really feel bad for Barbara. Especially if they toss TJK on top of that. I hope she gets some revenge on that laughing bastard at some point if true.
