If you go with the idea that the Kree are basically space Spartans, then it would make sense to suggest they are a bit more relaxed about the act, but likely not strict homosexual exclusive relationships.

It's not something that comes up much, as most Kree are villains, and villains rarely get a love story.

Which obviously means she is at least half queer.... just kidding.

Carol was still raised as a human, though. So whatever culture they have, in terms of how sexuality is encouraged to be explored, wouldn't really apply to her because she wasn't brought up in that world.

I feel like we've rarely even seen two Kree *like* each other, let alone want to bang, so it's kind of moot. The Skrull seem to have actual families and stuff, but the Kree feel like they've been decanted from pods.

Gotta love when people complain about incorrect secondhand info they probably got from an angry Youtube video.

There was this tidbit in THR's profile on Chloe Zhao yesterday.

An LGBTQ relationship in the film "was always sort of inherent in the story and the makeup of the different types of Eternals," says Feige. "I think it is extremely well done, and I look forward to that level of inclusion in our future movies being less of a topic."

It was established back when Genis was Captain Marvel that the Kree perform psychic surgery on female Kree in childhood to remove the ability to feel sexual pleasure and the in-born ability female Kree have to mind-control Kree men.

The ability to drain energy and control minds was treated as exceptionally rare, though (and kinda hurt the metaphor, IMO)

Draining energy was the rare ability that "maybe only one in a hundred thousand" Kree women would develop, almost all Kree women could develop the ability to twist the minds of Kree men according to Una-Rogg.

    The Week In Gay:

Empyre #6 - the big conclusion (not counting epilogues and other follow-up stories) of the "Empyre" event, otherwise known as Billy & Teddy's Excellent Cosmic Adventure!

Guardians Of The Galaxy #6 - this book is now officially trying to give X-FACTOR and MARAUDERS a run for their money for the title of Marvel's gayest ongoing book, since this issue established a relationship (or at least a fling) between Hercules and Marvel Boy, in addition to the book's other same-sex pair Moondragon and Phyla.

New Mutants #12 - Anole made an appearance

Wolverine #5 - Dracula made an appearance (Aaron's AVENGERS run outed Dracula as bisexual last year).

On the TPB front, there were a few noteworthy trades this week, Black Cat vol.2 touches on Felicia's bisexuality for the first time in many years, and Immortal Hulk vol.7 has Dr. McGowan come out as trans.

Christ, it's sad that the most recognizable female lgbt character is, well, Mystique.

Moondragon and Phyla are doing alright. Phyla's even made it into a cartoon

Karolina and Nico got a pretty big boost from the Runaways show.

Angela has leftover recognizability from when she was a Spawn character.

And America Chavez was in the Marvel Rising animated stuff, had a solo and an upcoming mini, and is rumored to be coming to the MCU

Most of these characters have made it into games like Marvel Future Fight or the Lego games

I thought Marvel did fine promoting America Chavez, terrible solo series notwithstanding.
I still miss Renee Montoya. Oh, and I'm a dude.
