I doubt that Emma is a transwoman, Otherwise, how was she able to produce children for Scott in the X-Men: The End storyline? But personally, anything in the Marvel Universe is possible. So you suppose that Christian Frost might have transferred his mind into his sister's body and vice versa, which might have led to the other's suicide because the sister's mind was trapped insider her brother's body?

Same way Superman and Lex Luthor had a baby in Superboy (pre-Nu52 making everyone heteronormative): genetic engineering/human cloning. They've already established her genes are ripe for the taking in making the Stepford Cuckoos/3-in-1.

Basically Emma though of him as standing there and we saw him because we saw what Emma was thinking.

I don't want to remove diversity either; but I do (on some level) understand the whole "yellow face" arguement against it. But now the butterflies back, that's what really matters
