It was stated that Sasquatch had all the potential of the Hulk, but he just didn't know how to fully use his body, and neither does Hulk. I think Marvel is going down the route that all Gamma-Affected Beings have a limitless potential, so I think it's safe to say the same goes for Jennifer.

Marvel neeeds to officially define how a Gamma-Affected Being's power works and stick to it across the boards.
