Does anyone else feel that Cypher is disproportionately made to fight against female opponents? I mean, just because he's physically not that strong (or at least not stronger than a normal human, he's still a 6 foot something guy, ya know??).
Never really noticed one way or the other. The NM crew always had a lot of girls around, as did the hellions, so maybe that has something to do with it. It'll be interesting to see where and what his powers are now, and what opposition he'll be facing now.
Has everyone who's interested seen the preview for ANXF 9? I don't want to spoil.
Saw the preview and thought it was spoilerific as well, but am happy either way to see how we get to point b.

Hello, pardon the interruption, I’ve started a thread to catalog X-Men who have died and been resurrected. I am hoping that there are Doug and maybe even a few Douglock fans who might add to the discussion.
Thanks

Damn... Cypher's back to being in the background again.
Cypher and Warlock could do such cool team ups (that don't include Lock being armor) I mean they're a great duo, I just think they've been totally under utilized so far. Hopefully we will see more of them in the coming issues.
Just post to say I love Doug, though I haven't read him since Necrosha. I've always love 'average' characters (please keep him as an ordinary teen, not a muscled dream-boy!) I find his relationship with Warlock one of the most interesting Claremont's lasting plots, specially because I believe it arose spontaneously and turned into a hard story of friendship and self-improvement...but co-dependence and escape, too.
