So I guess all the Secret Wars series I read ended last month? And most those new #1's are next month? I usually read, like, 10 Marvel books a month, and it's only 2 this month? Wow.

can anyone tell me why doctor strange#1 is more expensive than most of the other new titles launching and why it has more pages? is it just for the first month

It should just be for the first month. They do that with a number of their books (Contest of Champions and Uncanny Inhumans are the same), where the 1st issue has more story pages (usually between 28 and 34 for a $4.99 book) and a higher price point.

Man, a lot of 4.99 and up prices. I also hope Marvel doesn't go too crazy with the doulbe shipping. There are a lot of titles I would like to try over the course of the relaunch but double shipping, I feel will prevent that

I was getting edgy about how many $5 launches Marvel was putting out, now they're testing the water for $6 less than six months later. I can almost buy a first-collection Image trade for what they're asking for one freaking issue of Spidey! Nope, sorry. Getting me on board for this would have to be "offer you can't refuse" territory and none of what's on display is anywhere near that.
