Wow, they actually went with Psylocke's classic costume, leotard and all .
That Magneto costume !
Apocalypse looks like a bit of a combo between his classic and Ultimate looks but more human...
Wow, Apocalypse looks tiny. He's going to need a damn good presence to pull this off.
Psylocke and Magneto look awesome.
Cyclops was right
Psylocke looks good, but they managed to make Psylocke's costume even more revealing. I was hoping her costume was closer to Opena's Uncanny X-force revision.
H current costume would be great as well.
-Apocalypse looks ok to me. I kind of hope that he has his "size changing" powers in the film. Just so that people will stop with the "he needs to be bigger" complaints.
-Magneto and Storm look great.
-Munn looks good (I'm ok with purple highlights instead of full-on purple hair). Still hate that dumb costume though.
-I want to get a closer look at Angel next, and Jean and Scott's outfits.
Mohawk Storm and Psylocke look fantastic, but I think Apocalypse just looks downright ridiculous. Kind of wishing they had gone motion capture/CG just based off of this still photo. Hopefully it comes off better on screen.
They really should have pulled a Thing/Hulk and just done CGI motion capture for Apocalypse. I always appreciate trying for practical effects, but I don't think he's a character who looks right in real life.
That said, I'm LOVING Psylocke and Magneto here.
From the tiny bit we saw in the Comic Con trailer, Archangel looked pretty close to his Uncanny X-Force design. There's a very brief glimpse of Cyclops and Jean here.
Wow. A Bryan Singer film with a great, comic inspired costume. I thought I'd never see the day.
Shame about Apocalypse though....
You win some, you lose some I guess.
Those...do not look great. Can't say I'm a fan. Magneto's look okay. Psylocke's looks like it's trying to be armor maybe? Which is odd considering how revealing it is.
Apocalypse looks like he's a character from Farscape. Which was great for 1999, but it's a pretty dated look now.
Magneto looks at least decent.
They absolutely picked the worst ninja Psylocke costume. It looks ridiculous but it's the 80s.
Apocalypse, leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not going to say go full CGI, but it's hard not to wish they'd gotten a larger actor. I don't really care about depth that much when it comes to Apocalypse - the lure of power, survival of the fittest and overwhelming power.
