What chance would the X-Men from the X-Men movie trilogy have against General Zod. Would they have what it takes to defeat Zod.

He can ping pong through most of them. If you give him Faora's reactions, which are at least peak human, if not more (I've shown before that even if she was ping pong zooming, she was doing complex actions invisible to our eyes while doing so, like lifting people up at the end of her zoom and such, that are more than just travel speed), he can ping pong the psychics immediately, and then take out many others. What is the group, exactly?

And what's stopping Zod from smashing right into her with super flying speed? All he needs to know is her location. He looks at her; charges at her as super flyig speed, turns her right into paste.

That's fair. Zod has generally the same level of reaction as everyone else here. After he is finished pasting Phoenix, that would be enough time for Xavier to pull a mind whammy on him.
