The first "Death" was staged to get Spiderman off her back, and I'm not sure if the second death when she jumped into the river was supposed to be another stage or if Stern had intentions of killing her off. Should have stayed dead - Aunt May, hands down. Others that should have stayed dead are Norman & Harry Osborn.
Were revived awesomely - Kaine aka Scarlet Spider II, for obvious reasons.
