Not a lot of people remember them, but during the 52 series a new Justice League line-up debuted, lasted for one issue, then promptly disbanded. I personally loved this line-up and wanted to see more about them. With that in mind, here's my Marvel take on them:
1. Firestorm - Human Torch (both younger, cockier heroes with fire-centric appearances)
2. Firehawk - Firebird (both fire-based characters with bird motifs)
3. Bulleteer - Mercury (both metal-based younger women)
4. Super-Chief - Warpath (both super-strong, super-fast men of Native American descent)
5. Ambush Bug - Deadpool (really not a big Deadpool fan, but as far as comical characters who break the fourth wall and have awareness they're in a comic goes, he fits the bill)

Mystery Inc. // Mutant Liberation Front
Velma // Thumbelina
Daphne // Strobe
Fred // Forearm
Shaggy // Reaper
Scooby Doo // Wildside
Also, Josie & the Pussycats/Charmed // Mutant Liberation Front
Josie/Prue // Skids
Valerie/Piper // Tempo
Melody/Phoebe // Dragoness
This is an old one I did and like. A Marvel version of Batman & The Outsiders...:
The classic, old-school "Challenge of the Superfriends" version of the Legion of Doom, Marvel style!
1. Lex Luthor - Obadiah Stane (wealthy industrialists with unreasonable hatred for archenemy)
2. Brainiac - Ultron (artificial beings taken to sinister degree)
3. Bizarro - Spidercide (clone of one of the most popular heroes)
4. Toyman - Mysterio (both rely on elaborate gadgets to set up crimes)
5. Riddler - The Answer (both geniuses, but not the world-domination kind, with villainous intentions)
6. Scarecrow - Mister Fear (duh)
7. Cheetah - White Rabbit (pre-were creature Cheetah, both were animal-centric thieves)
8. Giganta - Man-Killer (big, tough, powerful. Man-Killer also got her hands on Pym Particles at one point)
9. Grodd - Ulik (big, scary furry monster types. Grodd didn't have psychic powers on the cartoon)
10. Captain Cold - The Blizzard (brrrr)
11. Sinestro - Dr. Minerva (both archenemies of prominent space heroes with similar abilities, just slightly warped)
12. Solomon Grundy - Carrion (both spins on the classic zombie lore)
13. Black Manta - Tiger Shark (both surface dwellers gone bad beneath the oceans)

I've got the intro theme ringing in my head again. Good job.
*raps*
We're heroes, not zeros
We've got what, they fear, so
Here's the facts,
We got the power to the max
We are as tough as nails
When all else fails, just call...
Genkai nante nai (No limits), Zettai nante nai (No absolutes)
Thank GOD for X'97. Cautious about "From the Ashes". Please no more Blue vs. Orange.
Oh ty, I appreciate that!
I’m actually about to start a DC thread; I hope you contribute. You make some fun builds...!

I would love seeing a Marvel version of Superhero Girls, starring:
She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters (the brick)
Silverclaw/Lupita Santiago (the shapeshifter)
Spectrum/Monica Rambeau (the energy manipulator)
Spider-Woman/Jessica Drew (the spy/master martial artist/team's designated Spider-person)
Cybermancer/Suzy Endo (the super-armored techno wizard)
Talisman/Elizabeth Twoyoungmen (the magician)
Silhouette/Silhouette Chord (the teleporter)
