Comes out in November. The pushed it 4 months due to the VFX load.

I thought Akane, Rando, Ozaki, Gordon, and Emiko were pretty memorable. Same with Hiromi & Kayoko from Shin and Kazuma & General Aso from the Hesei era. I would say all of Akira Nakao's characters in the Godzilla series are pretty memorable. Hayato Igarashi was well done.

Few leaks here & there. Mechagodzilla in "some" form, which I find immensely ridiculous. A new "bat" kaiju among others is introduced but no indication how deep it will influence the story. At least one very big Skullhead/lizard kaiju makes an appearance which makes sense since a part of the movie takes place on Skull Island.

Not hearing anything about plot, but the "Destroy All Monsters" vibe is concerning.

What's wrong with Destroy All Monsters or Mechagodzilla?

The only other leaks to come out has been a Skullcrawler fight, a Mothra egg cameo (Kong might be protecting the egg on Skull Island), and apparently Godzilla raids Skull Island to destroy stuff and pisses off Kong, to the point he leaves the island.

The rumor is Godzilla goes on a rampage only for another Godzilla to show up and help Kong. And the nutzo Godzilla is revealed to be MechaGodzilla.

There's also a rumor of a cloned Ghidorah but they turned it into a new kaiju.

We do know that Kong has a beard, armor, a club, and they produced a MechaGodzilla toy that looks like the Legendary Godzilla.

I'm wondering if aliens are going to be involved since Legendary's King Ghidorah was an alien?

Several more leaks from test screenings of early VFX and a trailer test(!) ...

Kong punches Godzilla in the throat to stop the death breath on a carrier (so it is a carrier).

Kong shoves a tree down Godzilla's throat.

Kong is smarter than Godzilla and builds a trap to catch him for a beat down.

Godzilla almost kills Kong in their first encounter, prompting Kong to build armor and weapons for their next fight.

Godzilla is being treated as a villain and Kong the hero.

Maybe Martin will be a westernized version of Mr. Tako in the new Kong Vs. Godzille film!

Kong being the hero I buy. But him building armor? Maybe people build him armor?

Anyway do they say how big he is in comparison to Godzilla? Skull Island made it clear he was a teenager and still growing.

He has ships on Skull Island to salvage ... I mean they showed him making a flail in Skull Island.

    Nobody commented on size yet.

Making a tool to wack someone with is one thing. But Making effective armor is another.

Wonder if anyone tried using landmarks like helicopter size to compatr Kong to Godzilla in size. Guess it doesn't matter since Kong is bound to be much bigger in this film.
