DCBS Question

Hey, I'm thinking about using DCBS for the first time this month, and was just wondering, when do they usually switch over to the next pre-order month? It's August 2nd and still shows July Pre-Order month.

It's either the Monday after the first Wednesday of the month or the Wednesday after the first Monday of the month.
