Chronological Inhumans Appearances - Help Please

Hi, so as a little project of mine, I'm working on a chronological list of issues featuring at lease one inhuman.

I've got the list sorted from Son of M onwards (Silent War, War of Kings, Inhumanity etc), but really need help with stuff before that.

I found a list on a website, but I'm not entirely sure it's 100% reliable and am pretty sure it is incomplete and with some incorrect placement.

Crystal or Lockjaw appears in Avengers vol 1 #334, 336-339, 343-395, 397-401.

All of those include Crystal except for one, but Lockjaw is in it. Not sure which one that is.
