30 I put up a note about this a long time ago. I even put up the rules regarding the presidents records. In order for him to delete those tweets he needs the okay of the Archivist! If he's deleting tweets without their okay then he's breaking part of the rules of the Act. And he can't evoke s Executive Order 13233, since that was revoked by President Obama in 2009. So he's violating the rules in regard to the PRA.
Yes. Sometimes, the reason a person is fundamentally unfit for holding a position in public service is not that they have actually broken a law.
See most of Trump's current cabinet. While they are not actually law breakers, that does not mean they are suited to the jobs they will be doing.
Again, this sort of stuff seems rather obvious.
I am quite convinced that is satire.

Opinions may vary in quality.
My big article on Mariko Tamaki's Hulk & She-Hulk runs, discussing the good, bad, and its creation.
My second big article on She-Hulk, discussing Jason Aaron's focus on her in Avengers #20.
The respected historian who wrote the book "Explaining Hitler" long refused to compare Trump to Hitler.
He has now changed his mind.
Well worth the read. What I want to suggest is an actual comparison with Hitler that deserves thought. It’s what you might call the secret technique, a kind of rhetorical control that both Hitler and Trump used on their opponents, especially the media. And they’re not joking. If you’d received the threatening words and pictures I did during the campaign (one Tweet simply read “I gas Jews”), as did so many Jewish reporters and people of color, the sick bloodthirsty lust to terrify is unmistakably sincere. The playbook is Mein Kampf.
