It's not 100%% effective, but yes, if the end result is that I can not exercise my rights, my rights have been stripped. A right in name only that I can not not exercise is /not a right I have/. Alright, I looked into this more, and it seems the creator of this list has been inspired by Eco's original.

Which would explain why they are virtually the same, with a few smaller changes
