Aside from her DC Super Stars origin, I thought her only other solo-stories were in a few issues of Batman Family and Wonder Woman.
Anything else would likely have been pretty much in collections of the Levitz & Staton Justice Society of America runs in All-Star Comics and Adventure Comics as well as in collections of the annual JLA/JSA team-ups.
(Her appearance with Batman in an issue of The Brave & the Bold would have been in a collection of stories from that book.)

The HUNTRESS TPB only reprinted her stories up to WW #295.
Her solo back up stories restarted in WW #301. Written by Joey Cavalieri with various artist.

First Wonder Woman comic I ever bought was #283 with Joker battling the Huntress on the cover.
