No. My argument is that cartoons and comics are completely unrelated things in the eyes of marketing people.

But given the almost complete lack of Black Widow merchandising, no, I don't think they're at all interested in gaing a female audience.

I have been saying for the last 5 years the Fantastic Four need a hiatus like Thor had for a few years. I mean all the members gone from all books and not just spread out to different teams like Marvel is doing now. Send them all off somewhere for at least 2 or 3 years and then bring them back and give them a real push and see what happens.
