Default Looking for an old Batman comic

I'm looking for an old Batman comic from to early 90's. A saw it at a classmate. I can't remember too much of it
    - there was a homeless guy, with a shopping cart
    - there were human organs (heart, lung etc). Someone was cooking them in a pot
    - I think the story was set in winter time.

Thanks for any clue in advance

Sounds like a Cornelius Stirk comic. He cooks organs to get nutrients and hormones from them.

So it's probably one of these: My blind but best guess is Tec 592-593. Which are in Legends of The Dark Knight: Norm Breyfogle Vol. 1
    ....just released last month.

    Cornelius Stirk Chronology:
Detective Comics #592 (November 1988): "The Fear Part One"
Detective Comics #593 (December 1988): "The Fear Part Two: Diary of a Madman"

Batman: Shadow of the Bat #1 (June 1992): "The Last Arkham, Part One"
Batman: Shadow of the Bat #3 (August 1992): "The Last Arkham, Part Three"
Batman: Shadow of the Bat #4 (September 1992): "The Last Arkham, Part Four"
Batman #494 (early June 1993): [Knightfall 5]: "Night Terrors"
Showcase '94 #3 (March 1994): "Madmen Across the Water"
Showcase '94 #4 (April 1994): "Madmen Across the Water"
Batman: Shadow of the Bat #46 (January 1996): "Cornelius Stirk, Part One"
Batman: Shadow of the Bat #47 (February 1996): "Cornelius Stirk, Part Two"
    Creeper #7 (June 1998): "Madhouse"
Creeper #8 (July 1998): "He Who Laughs Last"
Batman: Shadow of the Bat #80 (December 1998): "Road to No Man's Land: Wax Man and the Clown"

Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”
