So I gotta wonder. In Batmans history, especially recent history. He seems to have a lot of students. A lot of like minded people who under his watchful eye become tomorrow's hero. Even in Justice League 1-6 he takes point and gives these people direction. So in this way, is he like a more hands on Xavier? What do u think?

Well, Professor X is a jerk.

But nah. In the realm of character tropes shared between iconic superheroes, I think Wolverine's a little closer in their mutual penchant for picking up comparatively lighter sidekicks.

LOL - They do play his BatGod level "preparedness" as pretty much the equivalent of telekinesis. He apparently freakin knows what everyone is thinking before they do.
And with his "school" of little lookalike orphaned Robins he breeds in his cave, he's allot more creepy than most any Mutant.
He's also got that "international" group of Batmen too, much like the very international new X-men.
He might as well be LOL!
