A Helicarrier for the Avengers

I was watching Super Hero Squad on Netflix (don't judge, ok?) and the heroes on that show had their own Helicarrier.

Which makes me wonder: have the Avengers ever gotten their own Helicarrier in the comics? Since they have aided S.H.I.E.L.D. is saving the world many times before, I figure it's the least they can do.

I remember that Captain Marvel was constantly pissed off that the rest of the team scratched her helicarrier.

And well, i think that during time runs out, the Avengers sided with Steve Rogers, became part of SHIELD, so i guess that i counts...................

I think the OP means the Avengers having their own Helicarrier independent of SHIELD… which I don't think the latter will take to too kindly. At any rate, I'd give it a name other than "Helicarrier" to distance it from that of SHIELD. Any suggestions?
