Great story here, Chiefs Safety Eric Berry is cancer free and returned to the field yesterday!

Winston was a mixed bag in his preseason debut as the Bucs qb.

    Mariota
There will be growing pains expected with the new territory but still I believe he'll be prospering far more than failing.

Watching my Eagles in action against Indy. With Sam Bradford inactive, Mark Sanchez played most of the first quarter, threw a goodly number of high passes, stuff that will get receivers killed in the regular season.

Sanchez was pretty bad. Some nice catches from our receivers saved his ass. Our O-Line was beautiful on that Barner touchdown.

What do you think is our record this year?

I'm thinking 10-6, but a lot has to go right to manage that: Bradford's health; the improvement of the defensive backfield; the right guard sweepstakes (despite what Mike Mayock just said); depth on the O-line and linebacker and the issue of Murray's workload.

I'm going with 11-5. That's assuming that Bradford stays healthy (which obviously is the farthest thing from a given). I'm expecting a big year from Cooper, a la his 2013 season

For better or for worse, it's Tebow Time. Admittedly, he looks fairly good, though against the Colts' second teamers.

Parker better not regress this year. We're screwed without a good right foot from him.

Cooper was ranked 101 as the worst wr in a list of wrs that played 25 percent of the time for the 2014 season.
That 2013 season looks like a 1 year wonder.

He did have a pretty atrocious season last year. I still like his chances at rebounding though, especially with Maclin gone

The research found a bigger risk of alterations in brain development for players who played tackle football between the ages of 10 and 12 — a critical window in the development of a child’s brain — than for those who waited longer to start playing the game. The study is the first of its kind to show an association between early exposure to repetitive head impacts and structural brain changes later in life.
