Indeed. Heck, the main villain in Days of Future Past isn't even Magneto or Trask, it's the entire sentiment of hatred and distrust between humans and mutants. The movies nail the social undertones of the X-Men quite well for the most part, but there's also bits and moments where they just up their game and absolutely kill it. Bobby's "coming out", Warren hurting his wings as he tries to hide them from his dad, people praising mutant registration...brilliant scenes all of those. Then there's also the scenes where they show how hate and misunderstanding can be overcome such as Charles showing Erik good moments of his childhood, the speech that older Charles gives to younger Charles, etc. etc.

Picked up my first new comic's in years Uncanny/Extraordinary/Wolverine #1 and X-Men 92 #1 & 2.
So pumped for the new movie. Even bought X-Men Legends 1 & 2 off eBay
