If there is any truth to this rumor, the fact that they seem to be going heavily off the work of Frank Miller could mean that it is likely Dick Grayson. If this is the case this movie universe will be over before it can even begin for me.

Joker never had a real identity as he was always a mysterious person
Jared Leto is older than Ben Affleck, so he isn't Robin material.
The idea that WB have put all the hints for this mystery in 2 trailers is also dumb.
I really hope they don't do this, there's no reason to do this.
Yeah, ..I don't think they're going to write the new Joker around the most notoriously hated/mocked "shark jumping" point of Miller's Batman.
I actually really hope they do this, because if Leto's version of the Joker is the original DCCU Joker, I'm not digging it. If it is a twisted Jason Todd, I can get behind that.
Exactly. Not that they'd have to stick with Leto or the look if other Batman films were set before this.
But man, DC starting with Batman so late in his career is kind of weird.
