Default Id love to see Netflix do a TV-MA Howard The Duck show

To cash-in on Seth Mcfarlane's successful Ted movies as audiences are accepting a talking living Teddy Bear and are also accepting a talking Raccoon anthro in a live-action film being Guardians of the Galaxy, i was thinking Marvel Studios and Netflix should do a TV show based on the Steve Gerber cult comics and be more faithful to those comics and make everyone forget about the 1986 film.

It should be a dark comedy (ala Bad Santa or Kick Ass) and Seth Green can reprise his voice role of Howard with effects by WETA and who can play Beverly Switzler? it can also be in the same MCU too. The show can be called "Marvel's Howard: A new Species of Hero".

it's a good idea, but who would be the showrunner?
How much of a budget would they really have to feature a fully CGI Howard in every episode?
What villains could they use in the series? Which ones would even be "allowable" for the MCU? So many of the characters involved blatant fourth-wall breaking satire.
Also, bearing in mind that certain characters that Howard has a relationship with haven't shown up yet (Man-Thing, Jennifer Kale, Dr. Strange)

Who knows who can be the showrunner.

The Ringmaster, Space Turnip, Dark Overlord, Red Skull, The Collector, Dr. Bong, Bullseye and more can be guest villains. For guest stars, i can see Daredevil, Punisher, Hulk, and MoonKnight, Man-Thing, Dr. Streange, Spider-Man and more can be guest heroes.
