    Default Bedtime.

    Every week, I have a night where I have trouble sleeping, and I take a melatonin pill.

    Could I become dependent on it?

    You can pick up a natural alternative like some kava-kava extract or a drink at your local GNC.

    I stopped going to bed before 10:30 once I realized what real studying is.

    Have you seen your doctor and told them about your problem? They can either prescribe something for you or recommend you to a specialist if you really need it.
