Barbara Minerva appears in this issue. She has a fling with Clark and kinda leads him to being able to be someone else while being himself (Clark/Superman) so to speak anyway. Interesting issue.

I really didn't liked it, poor barbara minerva
I flipped through it in the store. I actually found this pleasantly surprising. She seemed like what a teen aged/early 20s version of Perez's Minerva would be like. I liked that she found Clark's optimism and compassion sweet but naive, expressed an interest in archaeology and Clark correctly pointing out that she was good at studying people. The Trinity having some cool interactions with each others respective arch nemeses is always cool.
She had more personality here than she has in the entirety of her New 52 appearances.
Well Here is his explanation for it on twitter
https://twitter.com/Uptomyknees/stat...39907325739008 : Cheetah was the choice because I've always felt that character kind of has been loosely drawn; she's "evil," not much more.
https://twitter.com/Uptomyknees/stat...40127442808832 : I think there's a real unanswered question in Barbara Minerva's supervillain origin, "who actually is this person," you know?
https://twitter.com/Uptomyknees/stat...40981398929408 : I wanted to give insight into the feelings/situations that could prelude a sad, desperate person turning into a psychopathic cheetah monster
I feel terribly for my Barbara. My Zsasz, too. A longer scene with him and his wife was cut for page count reasons. I'm interested in them.
