Luke Hedge is a NY City botanist trying to create a way to grow crops on blacktop to provide farms for the inner city when he is framed for growing drugs. It is all an attempt to black mail him into helping recreated the 'Nth serum' the created American Eagle. Injecting himself with the serum, he gains enough super strength to escape the prison he's being held in, but seemingly dies in the swamp outside it. That is until he is reborn days later as the swamp creature known as...LUKE HEDGE, POWER PLANT! HORROR FOR HIRE!

Brother Power, the Geek + Brother Voodoo = Dr. Voodoo Doll!

When a college professor and his brother are shot at a protest gone wrong, their fellow protesters bring them to a nearby abandoned dress shop. The brother, feeling responsible for talking his brother into joining the protest, holds the professor's hand and chants some magic words as both of them die.

Unbeknownst to the fellow protesters, the chant bonded the spirit of the professor into a near by dressing dummy. A few days later, after things had died down for the riot, lightning struck the mannequin, bringing it to life with the spirit of the professor inside it. Now a living mannequin, who can also see the ghost of his dead brother, he seeks out his brother's voodoo mentor and becomes....DR. VOODOO DOLL!
