I'd go with Nightshade, Blue Devil, the Question (Vic Sage), Dr. Light (Hoshi), Peacemaker, Tasmanian Devil, Catman, Shade, Hawk & Dove, and the Creeper.

John Chan - The Man Called CLAW
Introduced in the "Primal Force" series, current iteration of "Claw The Unconquered." His look there was much more a throwback to his more sword and sorcery background, but I want to see him as a contemporary person and introduce a touch of horror to this guy possessing a demon hand. (I took a bit of Highlander, a dose of Sword Art Online)
I think between the diversity trend and the fact that he's already been established and connects to an older property as a legacy hero gives him a lot of potential.
