Mine meanwhile is handpainted in alkyds. But memetically it is virtually meaningless. So I plug yours... Haha, ho ho, hee hee.

My guilty pleasure #1 is William Castle monster movies. Or 2 Broke Girls (which is very much a Castle monster movie!)

Teen comedies. Love 'em. Whether coming of age movie or kidcom, I have to at least check them out. Not that some of them are all that guilty, some are quite good. Some are merely fun. And others are just awful, but I'll watch 'em anyway.

Representing are some of my favorites, The Breakfast Club, Better Off Dead, iCarly and Victorious.

Okay, so not necessarily guilty on my part, but there's always a chance when I mention it that someone will go "What? They're awful!" Easily misunderstood because of their ridiculous wook fanbase, their seemingly inane lyrics, and their interminable jams. I love them because of the cathartic emotional roller coaster that comes with their best music, their quirky sense of humor, and their ability to rock hard, shred, etc.

Wasn't sure how I defined guilty pleasure. I love a lot of things that are fringe/niche and geeky, but many of my friends love the same things (part of why we're friends). I do however enjoy the music of Erasure, and any time I've tried to get friends/family to listen to them I get nothing but complaints and ribbing. I don't care, I love synth-poppy music and they're about the best in my humble opinion. I don't dance, but listening to this song makes me want to bounce around like an 11 year old girl:
