Quick question: can the "upgrade/improvement" be a once in a lifetime deal ? I'm currently hesitating between two covers.

Certainly better than that OTHER Teen Titans comic series they had over in MAINSTREAM DC at the time.
But since that one's so tiny, I'll give what appears to be an alt-cover that I didn''t know about until I google searched this comic cover.
