Writer seeking artist(s)

Hi!
I'm a swedish guy interesting in making a comic book (in english of course).
I'm a fiction writer since many years and have recently
been interested in writing comic book scripts. The problem
is that I myself can't draw so I need an artist (or more)
to work with.

I have an idea which I will share with those who are
interested. It's a horror/fantasy/sci-fi/mystery story about
two paranormal investigators (this is all I will share here).
The idea is inspired by authors like H.P Lovecraft and Clive Parker.
And tv-shows like the X-Files.

The goal for me is not (at first hand) to earn money out of
this project, I'm more interested in people reading it. But I'm
open for any kind of professional or independent publishing and
I'm willing to share it for free if this is what the artist prefer.
I want to point out that I'm very serious with this project and I
will work with it a lot if this becomes reality. Therefore I seek
someone equally serious and dedicated.

So are there anyone out there who finds this interesting? If you
do just tell me and we'll have an discussion about it.

You'll likely get more responses if you offer some money up-front for the weeks of work this will take. Not many artists will be interested in splitting profits, because for all we know there may not be any after the printing & shipping costs. Remember, it takes much much longer to do concept art, thumbnails, pencils, inks, colors, & lettering in a comic than it does to write. And many artists now do all of those things themselves.
