These might be my top 5 favorite film quotes.

"Why do we fall, sir? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up." -Alfred, Batman Begins

"If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart." -Ra's Al Ghul, Batman Begins

"Hey freak-show! You're going nowhere... I got you for three minutes, three minutes of plaaytime..." -Bone Saw McGraw, Spider-Man

"Great Scott!" -Doc Brown, Back to the Future

"Now you have to ask yourself one question. 'Do I feel lucky?' Well... Do you, punks?" -Stanley Ipkiss, The Mask

If I had to pick only one favorite quote, it'd be a tie between Ra's Al Ghul and Bone Saw McGaw.

"If your life had a face, I would punch it." -Kim, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

And if we're being real, my next 10 are probably from that movie too.

Actually after thinking about it for a bit, I would say my "favorite quote from all film" is from Agent Smith in The Matrix Reloaded.

This also doubles as one of my all time favorite film scenes.

Both of these involve Anthony Hopkins.

    From "Bram Stoker's Dracula"-
Dr. Seward- "Something just went up there, sucked it out of her and flew away I suppose?"
Van Helsing (after appropriately dramatic pause)- "Ya, why not?"

From "Legends of the Fall" (my favorite movie quote of all time)-
Col. Ludlow- "I can assure you gentlemen, there is nothing quite so grotesque as the meeting of a child with a bullet."

But hey, this is a comic book site, so my favorite lines from a comic book film will probably always be the ending of "Batman Begins"-
Gordon- "I never said thank you."
Batman- "And you'll never have to."

    SWEET!

Also one of my favorites, as it totally made the whole movie. Equal to Clint Eastwood's "Go ahead, make my day."

    Serenity:
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: Do you want to run this ship?
    Jayne Cobb: Yes!
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: [caught off guard] Well... you can't...

    Casablanca:
Rick: How can you close me up? On what grounds?
Captain Renault: I'm shocked... shocked to find that gambling is going on in there.
    Croupier: Your winnings sir.
Captain Renault: [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much.

    Guardians of the Galaxy:
Rocket Raccoon: His people are completely literal. Metaphors go over his head.
Drax the Destroyer: *Nothing* goes over my head...! My reflexes are too fast, I would catch it.

    "Forget it, Jake. It's Chinatown."

Monty Python and the Holy Grail:
King Arthur: I am your king.
Woman: Well, I didn't vote for you.
King Arthur: You don't vote for kings.
Woman: Well how'd you become king then?
    [Angelic music plays... ]
King Arthur: The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. THAT is why I am your king.
Dennis: [interrupting] Listen, strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

From The Princess Bride: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."

"You're gonna need a bigger boat."

"Do you expect me to talk?"
"No, Mr. Bond... I expect you to die!"

The end of Jules' last monologue in Pulp Fiction:"... I'd like that, but that **** ain't the truth. The truth is... you're the weak, and I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm trying, Ringo, I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd."

I wanted to do Tantino quotes but all the good ones I could think of are in violation of board rules.
