    I always believed that Superman and Batman would probably only be available to be present for the 'cataclysmic' events, so a team of 12 would definitely help the team.

    What if ... you got rid of having any member of the World's Finest families on the Justice League?

    What would an early 1990s X-Men-styled line-up of the JL look like tpday?

    12 active heroes, 1 mentor hero, 2 teams.

    1. Wonder Woman (leader)
    2. The Flash
    3. Raven
    4. Shazam
    5. Cyborg
    6. Hawkwoman


    Blue Team

    7. Aquaman (leader)
    8. Green Lantern

    Mentor

    13. Martian Manhunter (here just as comfortable and as often as either John OR Joan Jones)

    Why should Cyborg be the only former Titan to (deservedly) step up to the big time? Starfire and Raven could totally be in the league! Beast Boy would still be on Doom Patrol here.

    Plus, outside of derivative family members, DC is kinda low on original female heroes.
