    You know if you both list the Wonder Twins as one, (they are for the most part useless without the other) you can then include the Monkey as 12.

    It would be interesting to see two Justice League teams going for a while with one being the powerhouses dealing with the world shaking events and the other dealing with the more earthbound troubles. Have your powerhouse team with Superman and the like and have another lead by Batman. Maybe have the Martian Manhunter serve a role like he did in the JLU cartoon where he mans the Watchtower. With a more down to earth street level team you could tell some Justice League stories that were not all world ending threats every month.

    My league would rotate since alot of the characters have other responsibilities Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman running either a corporation or kingdom, but this would be my main roster.

    I'd also reboot/revamp The Question (Vic Sage) into Justice League Unlimited Question, the ridiculed distrusted paranoid conspiracy theorist (with wild suspicions turn out to be well founded), and put him on the team.
